Employment Case Settlement Agreements: The Tail Wagging the Dog
From pre-litigation to trial and post-litigation, a written settlement agreement is key to memorializing and hence, authenticating the settlement. However, it is what's IN the agreement, or what's NOT in it, that really creates the dissension between parties. In this program the panelists will try to dismantle the settlement agreement and discuss norms, non-norms and all that is new.
