This panel will discuss the intersection between employment and immigration law impacting employers and their employees. Topics include: hiring and termination considerations of foreign nationals; employer immigration compliance and responsibilities; foreign employers’ compliance with California wage and hour laws for work performed in California as well as compliance with anti-discrimination laws; including training compliance, and employer best practices and policies and more.
