Supreme Court Set to Resolve the Circuit Split on Trademark Damages
The speakers will discuss damages in trademark infringement cases, and specifically willful infringement as a prerequisite for an award of infringer's profits with thorough analysis of the pending Supreme Court case Romag Fasteners Inc. v. Fossil Inc., but also other relevant case law.
