COVID-19's Impact on the Already Hardening Market for Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance
This Program will provide:
• An overview of directors and officers (D&O ) liability insurance.
• A discussion of the changing and hardening of the market for D&O insurance that existed prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, including examples of increas ed exposures and risks faced by insureds.
• Identification of the types of D&O claims that ar e arising due to COVID-19.
• A discussion of key coverage issues arising from COVID-related D&O claims, including specific types of policy provisions and recent examples.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
