What Happens When a Petitioner Dies?
This webinar will include a discussion on what happens to the beneficiary’s
pending application when the Petitioner on that application becomes deceased.
The program will further discuss whether generally, the pending application can
move forward or not and whether the beneficiary will remain eligible for benefits
they were waiting on. Further, the discussion will include any exceptions or
alternatives available to the beneficiary if they find themselves in this situation.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
