Litigating Agency Denials: How; Where; When; and Why

Litigation can be a powerful tool for an immigration lawyer to have in their toolbox. This is especially true when a client receives an erroneous denial that ignores the facts presented or misapplies the law. At this CLE, come learn what to consider with each immigration agency, and what steps you should take (if any) ahead of filing an action.

This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.

Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.

This program is an interactive Zoom meeting. Participants will be allowed to unmute and activate their video. Registered attendees will receive the Zoom registration link from the OCBA the day before the meeting. It will prompt the user to enter their name, email, and state bar number to receive the meeting link. This additional step is necessary for MCLE tracking purposes.
