Life After Prosecutorial Discretion: What Happens Now That Your Case is Dismissed?
 
This program will discuss what Prosecutorial Discretion (PD) is; How it is used in Immigration Court, How PD can be Granted, who can Qualify for PD, and What that Means to the Respondent once their case is dismissed through PD.

This program is an interactive Zoom meeting. Participants will be allowed to unmute and activate their video. Registered attendees will receive the Zoom registration link from the OCBA the day before the meeting. It will prompt the user to enter their name, email, and state bar number to receive the meeting link. This additional step is necessary for MCLE tracking purposes.
 
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
 
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
