Immigration Changes to Expect Under a Biden Administration
The program will address anticipated changes in US immigration policy under a Biden administration based on public announcements, and key staffing placements. The information will help attorneys who work on immigration matters by keeping them informed on upcoming changes so they can better serve their clients around the world. The speakers will address changes to family and business immigration, asylum and immigration courts, and consular processing.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
