How to Talk to Physicians as Lawyers    
 
Many healthcare attorneys report challenges with communicating with physicians as clients and witnesses. The purpose of this presentation is to provide lawyers with strategies on how to improve communication and interpersonal relationships with physicians through fulfilling the following objectives:
  1. Reviewing case law and the consequences of disruptive physician behavior.
  2. Illustrating the physician lifestyle and its impact on physician conduct.
  3. Defining and assessing emotional intelligence.
  4. Understanding the various physician archetypes.
  5. Identifying strategies on creating collaborative partnerships with physicians

This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
