Federal Health Care Fraud Investigations: The Insider's View
Current and former federal health care fraud prosecutors will discuss DOJ health care fraud investigations and prosecutions from both the prosecution and defense perspectives, using actual investigations and trials as examples. Topics covered will include: how investigations begin, investigative techniques, charging decisions, pre-trial litigation, trials, sentencing, and parallel criminal/civil proceedings.
