Weathering the Cyber Storm: A Panel Discussion on Privacy, Security, and Risk Management
The panel will provide an overview of current data privacy laws and preview the laws that are coming, with an emphasis on the financial services, insurance, and healthcare sectors. The panel will also address strategies that healthcare providers can take to mitigate exposure to data breaches and cyber incidents. Finally, the panel will discuss how healthcare providers can limit financial losses through specialized insurance policies and contractual risk shifting.
