Overview of Bankruptcy Code, Chapter 7, Chapter 11, procedural rules, and appeals; filing proofs of claim; property of the estate (including with respect to retainers), automatic stay and ipso facto clauses, and Section 363 sales and CMS claims; preferences (including with respect to legal fees) and fraudulent conveyances; priorities, administrative expenses and retention as ordinary course professionals versus under Section 327.
