A Review of the United States & California Supreme Court's Cases Impacting the Banking & Lending Industries
The United States Supreme Court issued numerous opinions in the second half of its term impacting the Banking and Lending Industry, and persons who use Banking and Lending Services. The California Supreme Court has also focused on this area. Join us for a discussion of these cases and how they impact our practice. We will also look at cases that will be considered by the Court in the next year, and summarize the cases that sought, but did not obtain, supreme review.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS. Zoom Only participants will receive the webinar link closer to the meeting date.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
