Join us for a discussion of the California Privacy Rights Act and other state law privacy developments. We will discuss new requirements for organizations regarding data minimization, sensitive data, and online advertising, as well as discuss relevant exemptions for certain financial and credit reporting activities. If time permits, we will also discuss new FTC safeguards requirements and other legislative privacy and cybersecurity developments that may impact banking, lending, and other financial organizations..
