California Legislative Review
The Governor signed 997 bills enacted by the Legislature in 2022, a post-pandemic high. This program will review California’s new laws enacted in 2022, and some of the new regulations implemented by relevant agencies, which impact the Banking and Lending Industry, and the procedures used by Courts in enforcing and protecting the parties’ rights. We will discuss how the new laws impact lenders, borrowers and consumers, and what the parties can do to prepare.

This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
