The Supremes: A Discussion of the Most Important Banking and Lending Cases from the Last Term of the United States Supreme Court and the California Supreme Court
The panel of consumer and industry attorneys will discuss the United States Supreme Court's Banking and Lending cases from the October 2020 term, their impact on consumers and lenders, and how they will affect us and our practice. The panel will look at the cases where the Court granted certiorari and what is on the horizon. After a quick review of the cases where certiorari was denied, the panel will review the Banking and Lending cases decided by the California Supreme Court in the last year.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
