Article 9 Updates: Everything You Wanted and Need to Know
The program will review highlights and lowlights of commercial law (especially UCC Article 9) decisions over the last year or so. The panelist, in addition to reviewing significant decisions, will provide practice “tips” on how to deal with the decisions.
