The United States and California Supreme Courts' Banking & Lending Cases: What Was, What Will Be, and What Will Not Be
The panel will examine the cases decided by the United States Supreme Court during the October 2018 term, summarizing each holding and its impact on the Banking and Lending practice. Where relevant, the panel will examine prior cases and how they may impact future actions in the industry. The panel will also look at cases of national interest that may be considered by the Supreme Court, and those cases the Supreme Court declined to consider. Finally, the panel will look at cases from the California Supreme Court that impact the Banking and Lending Industry. Join the panel in a free-wheeling discussion of current issues of mutual interest.
