A Discussion Looking at California Legislation Affecting the Banking & Lending Industry
The California legislature had another active year passing more than 1,000 bills, some of which impact the Banking & Lending Industry. Those bills regulate both lender-borrower interactions, and regulatory matters. This program will discuss the various bills that impact the Banking and Lending space, how you can prepare for them, and what might be enacted next.
