This program will cover recent statutory, case law and bankruptcy developments in the law of commercial and real estate secured guaranties. You will learn key drafting considerations based upon the review of selected statutes and state, federal and bankruptcy court cases. The panelists will also cover current litigation strategies used by counsel for lenders and borrowers.
