This is the last of three evenings on Business Valuations in Dissolution of Marriage Cases.
An in depth discussion of business valuation issues, including method of value; determining reasonable compensation; calculating goodwill; date of valuation; and important evidentiary issues.” Program will include insights from the bench, bar and forensic experts on practical issues that arise in business valuation cases.
This program is approved for 2.0 CLE Credits. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
