The Ethics of Fee Agreements and Billing
This program will cover ethical and practical issues related to billing and fees, from the initial fee agreement to the billing process to collection of fees. It will cover not only the ethical requirements with which lawyers must comply, but also best practice tips.
This program is approved for 1.00 Legal Ethics CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
