Stipulated Judgment Drafting: Tips & Practice Pointers      
 
This presentation: (1) explains generally why judgment drafting is important including addressing (a) set asides; (b) post-judgment issues and modifications; and (c) interpretations of judgments; (2) provides various judgment drafting tips; and (3) discusses one or more specific judgment drafting issues in the areas of child custody, child support, spousal support, property division and general judgment terms. Time permitting, specific judgment drafting pointers will include preserving the confidentiality of custody evaluations, child support findings, Ostler-Smith provisions, family residence sales, and equalization payments.      

This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
