Topics to be discussed include adult child support; child support for special needs children; how child support will impact disabled children (and adult children) receiving government benefits; triggers the family law attorney should look for when such issues arise; planning options using First Party or Third-Party Trusts to preserve benefits, including suggestions for language to include or exclude from the judgment of dissolution and how to establish these trusts; and basic government benefits.
