Perspectives on Conflict and Dispute Resolution from the Court and Professional Mediators
This program will discuss the physiology of conflict and the stress it causes, and provide an overview of the OCSC ADR Program. Our panel will review the different methods and techniques of dispute resolution and how best to prepare for mediation, and you will learn the skills to manage difficult opposing counsel and parties, as well as difficult clients, to reach successful settlements.
