The presentation will cover recent legislative changes to the California Environmental Quality Act and their particular impact on housing.

  3. AB 1449: CEQA Exemption - Affordable Housing

  6. SB 91: CEQA Exemption -Motel Conversions
  7. SB 406: CEQA Exemption - Financing Affordable Housing
