Legal Perspectives on Long Term Care Insurance
This program is designed to provide an overview of Long Term Care Insurance and the aspects of it which are relevant to attorneys both in the estate planning and insurance litigation context. The topics will include:
- issues arising out of owning older LTC policies
- litigation issues when trying to obtain benefits
- types of benefits provided by LTC policies
- advice to clients who are considering purchasing LTC policies today
