Mental Health Diversion Training
Please join us for a discussion on the mental health diversion options available to Defendants in Orange County Superior Court. Orange County Superior Court Commissioner Jennifer Contini and attorneys from the Orange County Public Defender’s Office and Orange County District Attorney’s Office will discuss mental health diversion options for Defendants in CCB1. They will discuss the types of cases which are eligible for diversion, and what types of steps must be taken for a successful diversion.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
