A Discussion with Supreme Court Justice Goodwin Liu on his Journey to the Supreme Court, Racial Injustices, and Anti-Asian Racism  
 
This Program will discuss:
  • How has COVID Impacted Consular Operations around the world?
  • Presidential Proclamations and National Interest Exceptions.
  • Exceptions - what do Consular Officers consider to be genuine "emergencies" justifying visa processing during the pandemic.
  • When to Engage - what kinds of cases would benefit from seeking engagement with consular management and what kinds don't. Examples of effective and counterproductive communications with consular officers will be provided.
  • Managing Client expectations during a pandemic.

This program is approved for 1.00 Elimination of Bias CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
