As a  result of the COVID crisis, the Governor, the Judicial Council and the courts have issued many orders that fundamentally changed the manner in which criminal cases are handled, and will issue many more orders that will fundamentally change the manner in which criminal cases will be handled in the near and long-term future. The speakers are well equipped to provide insights on how attorneys can best navigate the many changes to the criminal courts.        

This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
