OCBA Live Webinar: Unity in a Time of COVID-19: A Global Community Against a Global Threat, Part 1
Presented by the OCBA COVID-19 Task Force and OCBA Diversity & Inclusion Committee

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented time in our world – it has caused us to face never before seen challenges in the world but has similarly presented opportunities for us to embrace diversity and inclusion as global citizens. In this first of our two part series, esteemed panelists will discuss their experiences observing bias in our local, national, and global communities, which has and continues to affect our legal profession and our notions of diversity and inclusion. In addressing their observations, these panelists will focus on the recognition of impermissible bias, how it appears in various settings, and how our profession may experience such bias in light of the global pandemic and changing social dynamics.
