Come support the mission to find homes for as many pets as possible, to spread awareness of shelters and homeless animals, and to highlight the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
Volunteers will work in small groups to assist vendors and rescues with bringing animals and items from vehicles to their booth locations. Volunteers may be assisting with some set up of tents, tables, chairs, banners, fencing, signs, trashcans and other items throughout the Center. This is a fast-paced, standing position.
Volunteers must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and must be comfortable handling dogs and cats. Volunteers should wear casual attire (i.e. jeans) and closed toe shoes. Volunteers must be over the age of 15.
Registration is due by Friday, May 24, 2019.
