Best Practices for Preventing Problems During Construction Communication
 
The program is intended to cover contemporaneous construction practices during the course of the project to minimize potential claims, disputes, interruptions to allow the project to proceed in accordance with the parties’ agreement. Discussions will include using the contract documents to facilitate the processes to assure timely responses, documenting decisions to preserve the project record and forecast issues before they negatively impact the project.

This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
