Mediation In a New Year and a New Normal
Bob Friedenberg, a mediator of construction disputes of all types for the last three decades, and Alex Chazen, a partner at Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, will be discussing the mediation of cases with changes in law as well as changes in the norms of the industry given the ever increasing prevalence of video conferencing technology. They will analyze the best ways to use technology in a hybrid manner to bring more parties to the table, as well as how to maximize attention spans when participants are able to multitask during a mediation in ways that have never been as easy as they are now.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
