Recent California Appellate Court Decisions Affecting Insurance Coverage for Construction Claims
Recent California appellate court decisions, including two Supreme Court decisions, will have a significant influence on insurance coverage for complex, high-stakes insurance claims. The presenters will discuss the implication these cases have for managing policyholder claims, including: strategies for maximizing coverage in multi-policy scenarios; strategies for circumventing unfavorable choice-of-law provisions in insurance policies; understanding how terms in a construction contract may influence coverage under the insurance policy..
