Terminating a Construction Project Before Completion: Dos, Don'ts, Claims, & Litigation
The program will discuss the contractual rights/obligations of parties in the termination of Construction Projects prior to completion. This includes a basic description of the construction contracting process, the manner in which damages are calculated after termination, and how attorneys can aid the owner in eventually finishing the project separately and the contractor can ensure that they are paid for the work that was completed.
Cancellations must be received via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
