Civility, Civility, Wherefore Art Thou, Civility? (Or, Once More Unto the Breach... of Cooperation)

This esteemed panel will discuss appellate decisions discussing the lack of civility, the need for attorneys to be civil towards one another, and whether or not it's being accomplished. The panel will also shine a light on how civility plays a role in the other aspects of our profession, including mediation, and how being treated poorly has lasting effects on how you move forward with people.

Cancellations must be received via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
