Preparing for Mediation: How to Achieve Success
The program will discuss the methods and potential practice pointers for the preparation for mediation from a variety of perspectives, including that of a plaintiff/owner, developer or general contractor, claims professional, and subcontractor attorney. This program will also include a discussion regarding updated California law due to SB954 (Evid. Code § 1122) and its new disclosure requirements as well as an examination of Evid. Code § 1119.
