Join us for an in-depth virtual panel on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on bankruptcy and the issues currently arising in cases across the country, including disputes related to the CARES Act, the availability of Paycheck Protection Program loans for debtors, and the pandemic-prompted strategies being deployed in some of the countries’ largest pending cases. The landscape is changing daily and our panelists will discuss the unique issues now affecting our industry.
