Discussion of current conservatorship practice in Orange County (both general and limited) from the perspective of the assigned attorneys from the Office of the Public Defender. Topics will include end of life issues; placement of conservatees and sales of personal residences; zealous advocacy vs. best interests; and what the private Bar should know about the Public Defender's approach to cases.
