Resolving Family Conflicts in Conservatorship Proceedings Without Litigation
We will be discussing alternatives to litigation to resolve family conflicts in conservatorship proceedings. This will include the newly formed conflict resolution panel, mediation services, and creative methods and approaches used by Court Appointed Attorneys and Guardians Ad Litem.
