The presentation will discuss potential land mines in the negotiation and drafting of contracts in a variety of commercial contexts which can lead to unintended consequences or problematic outcomes, including in litigation. There will be some attention to, among other topics, dispute resolution provisions, notice requirements and drafting examples drawn from merger and acquisition contexts.
