Recognizing, Understanding and Overcoming Implicit Bias in a Post-George Floyd World    
 
This program helps corporate counsel to recognize and understand sub-conscious, implicit bias, and how it impacts everyday decision-making. The program then examines government-sanctioned implicit bias by looking at key Supreme Court cases and then examining recent research regarding bias throughout the legal profession. The program then concludes with any overview of tools that individuals can use to help identify and combat the effects of bias in their own lives and organizations.    

Meeting is exclusive to OCBA Corporate Counsel Section Members only.
 
This program is approved for 1.0 Elimination of Bias CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
 
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
