New Employment Laws Taking Effect in 2021: What Every California Employer Should Know
With a number of state employment laws taking effect on January 1, 2021, California law makers have been busy in 2020. This one-hour MCLE seminar will cover some of the primary legislation taking effect in 2021, as well as some court decisions employers should watch out for. You'll learn about new laws that were enacted in response to the COVID pandemic, as well as laws related to the Family Rights Act, Privacy and Independent Contractors, just to name a few.
