Keep Calm and Lead: Corporate Counsel's Role in Crisis Management
This program is designed to introduce corporate counsel to basic principles of crisis management, with an emphasis on counsel's role in planning for and responding to various types of crises. Topics will include identification of general types of crises that might impact a business and the constituencies that may be implicated; a discussion of how planning and preparation will aid with implementing an effective response when a crisis does arise, and a discussion of legal issues that should be considered and addressed when taking action.
