The presentation will provide an in-depth overview of the recently enacted California Consumer Privacy Act and the pending amendments thereto. Mr. Hellbusch will address how the law will change privacy considerations for businesses subject to the law, the best practices for compliance, and some of the tools and options available to businesses to increase privacy transparency and information security. Mr. Hellbusch will also address pending changes to the law and how they may affect implementation preparations.
