What's New in 2024? An Update on New Cases, Statutes, and Rules in Business Litigation
The attorneys at Tucker Ellis annually present the "What's New" program to the Business Litigation Section. This presentation is a comprehensive overview of the new law that affects business litigation. The presentation will focus on appellate cases decided in 2023. In addition, statutory changes and changes to the Rules of Court will be covered. The issues include developments in substantive law issues, procedural requirements, and discovery matters.
Limited in-person space available. NO WALK-INS.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
