As the cost of litigation continues to rise, more and more corporate clients are looking for alternative ways to cover these expenses. Litigation finance is a rapidly growing force in litigation. This presentation will provide the introduction of litigation finance as well as discussion about how litigation financing works and whether financing could benefit your clients or practice. The program will also explore the ethical issues associated with litigation finance.
