Bankruptcy Fundamentals for Business Litigators
This program will serve as a basic primer on bankruptcy and will cover the following topics: how to deal with the threat of bankruptcy in the midst of litigation; what to expect when the defendant files bankruptcy and the strategic avenues that may be available to the plaintiff, and what you should know when it is your defendant client that is contemplating bankruptcy.
