The New Rules of Professional Conduct and the Sheppard Mullin Opinion: How They Impact Business Litigators
The new Rules of Professional Conduct take effect November 1, 2018. This program discusses how the revised rules impact business litigators. The program will also discuss the impact of the California Supreme Court’s recent ruling Sheppard Mullin v. J-M Manufacturing as well as statutory revisions to the mediation privilege.
